AZ SB1375

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 16-502 to allow candidates from one political party to circulate nomination petitions for one or more additional political parties.

A candidate must obtain at least twice the number of required signatures for the additional political party to appear on that party's primary election ballot in addition to their original party's ballot.

If a candidate wins the primary election on more than one political party ballot, they may request to have the three-letter designations of all additional parties printed on the general election ballot after their original party designation.

Requires the Legislative Council staff to prepare conforming legislation to the Arizona Revised Statutes based on this act's provisions for consideration during the fifty-second legislature's second regular session.
