Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 8-509 regarding foster home licensing and certification by the Division of Child Safety.

Removes the prohibition that prevented foster parents from being required to immunize their natural or adoptive children as a condition of obtaining or maintaining a foster home license.

Changes language in subsection H from "does not prohibit" to "may not prohibit" regarding foster parent employment with the state while operating a licensed foster home.

Renumbers subsection J as subsection I and replaces "prior to" with "before" in the section addressing modification of license renewal dates.
