Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 46-292 regarding eligibility for Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) benefits for dependent children.

Allows cash assistance for otherwise eligible dependent children who are in the legal custody of the Department of Child Safety and placed in unlicensed foster care with an unrelated adult or nonparent relative.

Allows cash assistance for otherwise eligible dependent children who are placed by a court with a nonparent relative.

Makes technical corrections to statutory language, changing "prior to" to "before" and "per cent" to "percent" for consistency.
