Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 36-3209 regarding conflicts between health care directives.

When multiple valid health care directives conflict, the most recent directive is presumed to represent the patient's wishes.

Health care directives and decisions made by a patient's agent under a health care power of attorney take precedence over health care provider orders regarding life-sustaining treatment.

A surrogate decision maker's decision under section 36-3231 is also presumed to represent the patient's decision when it conflicts with a health care provider's order.
