AZ SB1410

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 16-409 to permit counties to conduct mail ballot elections for all elections administered by the county, including statewide and legislative office elections, subject to county board of supervisors approval.

Requires counties, cities, towns, and school districts conducting mail ballot elections to submit annual reports by January 1 following each mail ballot election to the president of the senate and speaker of the house.

Reports must include voter turnout changes, cost comparisons between mail and traditional elections, program improvement suggestions, frequency and severity of irregularities, voter satisfaction data, and number of undeliverable ballots.
