• Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-3554 regarding luring a minor for sexual exploitation.

• Creates mandatory minimum sentences when a person believed the victim was under 15 years of age: minimum 5 years, presumptive 10 years, maximum 15 years imprisonment.

• For offenders with one prior predicate felony conviction, increases sentences to: minimum 8 years, presumptive 15 years, maximum 22 years imprisonment.

• Restricts early release eligibility, prohibiting suspension of sentence, probation, or pardon during the imposed sentence except as specifically authorized by law.
