Establishes the eating disorders study committee consisting of four legislators (two senators and two representatives from different parties), the director of the Department of Health Services, one insurance industry representative, two health care professionals experienced in treating eating disorders, and one member of the public impacted by eating disorders.

Committee shall identify the prevalence of eating disorders in Arizona by demographics (age, gender, race, ethnicity), study their economic impact, review health impacts and treatment options, and examine insurance coverage issues for eating disorder treatment.

Committee members are not eligible to receive compensation or reimbursement of expenses but may utilize the services and facilities of the legislature.

Committee must submit a written report of findings and recommendations to the governor, president of the senate, and speaker of the house by September 1, 2016, with a copy provided to the secretary of state.

Committee is repealed effective December 31, 2016.
