Repeals section 13-3603.02 and amends multiple sections of Arizona law relating to abortion, contraception coverage, and health insurance requirements.

Modifies contraception coverage mandates in health insurance plans by allowing religious employers to exclude coverage for contraceptive methods if their religious tenets prohibit contraceptive use; requires written notice to prospective enrollees.

Repeals sections 36-2156 through 36-2159 and section 36-3604, and repeals numerous provisions from Laws 2011-2014 related to previous abortion restrictions.

Establishes new requirements for abortion clinics including ultrasound equipment for abortions after twelve weeks' gestation, physician with hospital admitting privileges, and comprehensive informed consent procedures with 24-hour waiting period.

Adds section 32-1979 allowing pharmacists to decline filling prescriptions based on sincerely held religious beliefs while requiring pharmacies to accommodate requests and ensure customer access; adds section 32-3219 requiring health professionals to provide emergency contraception information and treatment to rape victims with religious exemption option.
