Requires hotel and motel owners or managers to check the internet sex offender website (established under section 13-3827) and the U.S. Department of Justice National Sex Offender Public Website before allowing employees to access guest rooms.

Prohibits employees who appear on either sex offender registry from having access to guest rooms in hotels or motels.

Applies to all hotel and motel employees who would otherwise have access to occupied or unoccupied guest rooms.
