Repeals and replaces Arizona's microbrewery license statute (A.R.S. 4-205.08) to establish new production limits and licensing rules for microbreweries.

Single microbrewery licensees may produce between 5,000 and 1,240,000 gallons annually; multiple licensees under common control may collectively produce up to 4,960,000 gallons annually across all locations.

Microbreweries may sell beer to wholesalers, serve samples on-premises, sell in original containers to consumers on-site, hold on-sale retail licenses, and participate in charitable events and beer festivals without compensation to the brewery.

Prevents a single microbrewery licensee not affiliated with other breweries from selling more than 93,000 gallons annually to retail establishments outside their common ownership structure.

Prohibits persons holding microbrewery licenses from also holding producer licenses unless they surrender all microbrewery licenses; includes grandfather provisions for existing licenses held as of July 1, 2015.
