Prohibits hospital, medical, dental, and optometric service corporations, health care services organizations, and disability insurers from imposing higher copayments, coinsurance, or deductibles for services provided by licensed healthcare providers in specific chapters of Arizona law compared to copayments for primary care physicians for the same medically necessary treatment.

Defines "primary care physician" as the term defined in the applicable health insurance plan subject to this requirement.

Applies the new cost-sharing requirement (section 20-464.01) to all corporations and entities governed by Arizona's hospital service corporation regulations.
