Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-1502 to add a new offense provision for criminal trespass in the third degree.

Makes it unlawful to knowingly enter or remain on any real property while violating any other state law, expanding the definition of criminal trespass.

Clarifies that a request to leave by a law enforcement officer acting at the property owner's request has the same legal effect as a request made directly by the property owner or person with lawful control.

Maintains criminal trespass in the third degree as a class 3 misdemeanor offense.
