Proposes to amend Article IV, Part 2, Section 6 of the Arizona Constitution to eliminate the arrest privilege for state legislators.

Removes language granting legislators immunity from arrest except for treason, felony, and breach of the peace.

Removes the 15-day immunity period before the commencement of each legislative session.

Retains that legislators remain not subject to civil process during the session of the legislature.

Requires voter approval via the next general election and Governor's proclamation to take effect.
