Honors the memory of Arizona Senator Chester J. Crandell, who passed away on August 4, 2014 at age 68.

Recognizes Crandell's service as an educator for 30 years, including 10 years as Superintendent of the Northern Arizona Vocational Institute of Technology.

Acknowledges his legislative career serving in the Arizona House of Representatives (2011-2012) and Arizona Senate, where he chaired the Public Safety Committee and vice-chaired the Education Committee.

Celebrates his lifelong involvement in ranching, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and his family of nine children, many grandchildren, and wife of 47 years.

Expresses the Legislature's deepest sympathies to Crandell's family and friends, adopted unanimously by both houses on March 25, 2015.
