Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-301 to change the eligibility requirements for county school superintendent positions.

Removes the requirement that candidates hold a basic or standard teaching certificate in Arizona schools.

Establishes new eligibility criteria requiring candidates to hold a baccalaureate degree in any subject or an associate degree in business, finance, or accounting.

Maintains existing provisions regarding travel expense reimbursement, local education agency designation, and superintendent jurisdiction over the office.
