AZ HB2004

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Title 12, Chapter 1, Article 1 by adding section 12-119.06 regarding publicly accessible court case records.

Requires courts that maintain searchable case record databases (searchable by person's name or case number) to post clear and concise case dispositions within 30 days after final disposition.

Dispositions must indicate whether the case was dismissed, the defendant was found guilty or not guilty, found responsible or not responsible, pled no contest, or any other final judgment rendered.
