Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 41-1750 to require the Department of Public Safety to notify all school districts and charter schools when a person required to have a fingerprint clearance card is arrested for or convicted of offenses listed in Section 41-1758.03(B), (C) or Section 41-1758.07(B), (C).

Requires the State Board of Education and State Board for Charter Schools to provide the Department of Public Safety with current email addresses for all school districts and charter schools, and to provide periodic updates of those addresses.

Mandates notification to school districts and charter schools when a fingerprint clearance card holder's clearance has been suspended or revoked due to specified criminal arrests or convictions.

Applies to individuals required to have fingerprint clearance cards for employment or volunteer activities at school districts or charter schools.
