Amends Arizona law to allow county boards of supervisors to elect to preserve county liens for nuisance abatement, dangerous building abatement, and removal of rubbish or debris when real property tax liens are sold.

Specifies that county liens for these abatement purposes are not extinguished by the sale of a real property tax lien under title 36 chapters 1-6, the International Property Maintenance Code section 110, or Arizona Revised Statutes section 11-268(D).

Makes the same preservation of county abatement liens applicable when the right to redeem a tax lien is foreclosed by court judgment.

Applies to three specific categories of county abatement liens: nuisance abatement, dangerous building abatement, and removal or abatement of rubbish, trash, weeds, filth, debris, or dilapidated buildings.
