Repeals subsections U, V, W, and X of section 15-393, Arizona Revised Statutes, which reduced base support level funding to 92.5% for pupils enrolled in joint technical education district (JTED) programs beginning in fiscal year 2016-2017.

Restores full base support level funding for school districts and charter schools that had experienced reductions when their students attended JTED satellite campus programs.

Restores full base support level funding for JTED districts that had experienced reductions when serving pupils enrolled in both school districts and JTED programs.

Removes the prohibition on school districts using JTED monies to offset funding losses caused by the 92.5% reduction.

Applies retroactively to June 30, 2016.
