Adds section 8-527.01 to Arizona Revised Statutes governing transportation of children in out-of-home care.

Prohibits the Department of Child Welfare, child welfare agencies, and group foster homes from transporting children under 12 years of age or noncommunicative children in taxis without an accompanying adult other than the taxi driver.

Applies to all children in out-of-home care meeting the specified age or communication criteria.
