Requires nonprofit medical marijuana dispensaries to display a conspicuous warning sign about potential dangers of marijuana use during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and the risk of being reported to the Department of Child Safety.

Mandates that certifying physicians attest to providing female patients with information about the potential dangers to fetuses from smoking or ingesting marijuana while pregnant or to infants while breastfeeding.

Adds a warning statement to registry identification cards for qualifying patients and designated caregivers regarding potential dangers to fetuses and infants, and the risk of Department of Child Safety reporting.

Requires the Arizona Department of Health Services to post a prominent warning on its public website about the dangers of marijuana use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Requires a three-fourths vote in both houses of the legislature for the amendments to sections 36-2803 and 36-2804.04 to take effect, per Arizona Constitution article IV, part 1, section 1.
