Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 28-883 regarding parking privileges for persons with disabilities.

Allows the director to enter into agreements with other jurisdictions (including foreign jurisdictions) to extend disabled parking privileges to Arizona residents and recognize international disability parking symbols and placards.

Requires Arizona to automatically grant the same disabled parking privileges to nonresidents from other states or foreign countries displaying valid disability parking plates or placards, even without a formal written agreement between jurisdictions.
