Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-2504 regarding escape in the first degree to add "a" before "juvenile detention facility" for grammatical correction.

Clarifies that escape in the first degree applies to escapes from custody, juvenile secure care facilities, juvenile detention facilities, or adult correctional facilities.

Specifies that escape in the first degree constitutes a class 4 felony.

Requires sentences for escape in the first degree to run consecutively to any sentence of imprisonment, confinement in a secure care facility, or community supervision including probation, parole, work furlough, or other release.

Adds language specifying that consecutive sentences apply to "any confinement in a secure care facility" to clarify the scope of mandatory consecutive sentencing.
