Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 41-3505 regarding the information technology fund established for use by the department and committee.

Requires state agencies, budget units, and legislative and judicial branches to contribute a pro rata share of information technology service costs at a rate of 0.20 percent of total payroll from all fund sources.

Specifies that pro rata share payments must be submitted by fund source with accompanying payroll to the Department of Administration for deposit in the information technology fund.

Clarifies that monies in the information technology fund do not revert to the state general fund at the end of each fiscal year, notwithstanding section 35-190.
