Expands campaign finance disclosure requirements for independent expenditures to include names and telephone numbers of the three largest contributing corporations, limited liability companies, or labor organizations (in addition to political committees).

Requires that any acronyms used to name political committees must also include the names of sponsoring organizations when disclosed in campaign literature and advertisements.

Maintains existing disclosure rules that contributions used to determine the three largest contributors must be made during the same calendar year as the independent expenditure.

Applies disclosure requirements to campaign literature, advertisements, radio broadcasts, printed materials, and telecommunications system broadcasts, with specific formatting standards for each medium.
