Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 8-350.01 regarding youth sex offenders in treatment programs.

Requires that when sex offenders are placed in group treatment, they must be grouped with offenders of similar age and developmental maturity level.

Mandates that mental health treatment programs comply with professional ethics codes from the Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers and prohibits use of images violating Title 13, chapters 35 and 35.1.

Defines "sex offender" for purposes of this section as a person 21 years of age or younger adjudicated delinquent or convicted of violations of Title 13, chapter 14 or 35.1, excluding offenses involving discharge, use, or threatening exhibition of deadly weapons or dangerous instruments.
