Amends hunting and fishing license provisions to expand eligibility for complimentary licenses to veterans with service-connected disabilities rated at least 25 percent (previously required 100 percent disability rating).

Modifies vehicle license tax exemptions to include veterans with at least 25 percent service-connected disabilities (changed from 100 percent requirement) and their surviving spouses until remarriage or death.

Creates new state parks benefit for veterans with at least 25 percent service-connected disabilities, providing complimentary park passes for entrance to all Arizona state parks.

Adds a waiver of camping and overnight parking fees for veterans with qualifying disabilities for up to 10 days per month at state parks.

Updates references to federal law and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs terminology throughout the statutes.
