Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 1-301 to establish the first Friday in October as "Native American Day," a legal holiday in Arizona.

Renumbers existing holidays to accommodate the new Native American Day, shifting Columbus Day from the 12th to 13th position and subsequent holidays accordingly.

Applies existing holiday observance rules to Native American Day, including provisions for when holidays fall on Sundays or Saturdays.

Maintains all previously established Arizona holidays including New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr./Civil Rights Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans' Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
