Amends Section 37-311 of Arizona Revised Statutes to make a technical correction to the definition of "existing lessee" for trust lands suitable for conservation purposes.

Changes language from "An existing lessee" to "A lessee" in the definition to clarify that a lessee who continues to lease trust lands after they are classified as conservation lands qualifies as an existing lessee.

Maintains existing definitions for "conservation," "open space," and "trust land" related to state trust lands management and conservation.
