Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 32-103 regarding qualifications for professional members of the Board of Technical Registration.

Requires each professional board member to be at least 25 years old and a state resident for at least 3 years before appointment.

Requires architects, geologists, assayers, landscape architects, professional engineers, and land surveyors to have at least 5 years of active professional experience and be registered under the chapter.

Makes a technical correction by adding the article "a" before "geologist" in the list of required professional designations.
