Amends section 32-2119 of the Arizona Revised Statutes regarding the real estate department's consumer education duties.

Requires the state real estate department to post information on its website advising prospective home buyers to investigate water availability before purchasing real property.

Mandates the real estate department website include a link to the department of water resources website for definitions of water supply terms (adequate water supply, inadequate water supply, property served by water provider with adequate supply, and no water supply determination) applicable to areas outside active management areas.

Requires the state real estate department to display a current map on its website showing all areas in Arizona outside active management areas established under title 45, chapter 2, article 2.
