Requires private prison contractors operating in Arizona to disclose all records relating to costs, operations, staff, and inmates upon request.

Mandates that private contractors provide public access to records on the same basis as state, county, and municipal detention facilities.

Applies to any private contractor with a governmental entity agreement to provide detention or incarceration services for offenders in Arizona.

Adds section 41-1609.07 to Arizona Revised Statutes (Title 41, Chapter 11, Article 1).
