Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 35-118 regarding budget report transmission to the legislature.

Replaces the pronoun "he" with "the governor" for gender-neutral language in describing the governor's authority over budget report preparation.

Replaces "thereof" with "of the budget report" for clarity in describing what materials must be transmitted to the legislature.

Maintains the existing requirement that the governor must transmit budget report copies to the legislature no later than five days after the regular legislative session convenes.
