Amends section 41-1251 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding the Joint Committee on Capital Review.

Establishes a 14-member committee consisting of the chairmen of both appropriations committees, majority and minority leaders of both chambers, and four appointed members each from the senate and house appropriations committees.

Senate appropriations committee chairman serves as JCCR chairman from the first day of the first regular session to the first day of the second regular session; house appropriations committee chairman serves from the second regular session through the next legislature's first regular session.

Committee meets as often as members deem necessary with a majority constituting a quorum.

Committee terminates on July 1, 2026 pursuant to section 41-3103.
