Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-341 regarding school district governing board powers and duties.

Beginning in the 2018-2019 school year, requires school districts to maintain a confidential list of pupils with a grade point average of 2.0 or lower on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent) if sufficient funding is available.

Requires school districts to provide academic interventions to pupils on the low GPA list until their grade point average exceeds 2.0, which may include tutoring, additional class time, subject-specific specialist sessions, or other appropriate interventions as determined by the governing board.

Interventions continue until students' academic performance improves above the 2.0 GPA threshold.
