Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-189.02 regarding charter school procurement and public bidding requirements.

Charter schools are exempt from public bidding requirements when the aggregate dollar amount of procurement does not exceed the maximum exemption amount authorized by title 41, chapter 23 or rules adopted by the director of the department of administration.

The state board for charter schools may authorize exemptions from public bidding requirements exceeding the maximum exemption amount prescribed for charter schools sponsored by the state board for charter schools.
