Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 38-797.10 to add a new subsection F establishing liability protections for the Arizona State Retirement System (ASRS), the board, board members, and ASRS agents or employees.

Provides immunity from liability for actions taken in performance of duties under the long-term disability (LTD) program, except when action was intended to cause injury or was grossly negligent.

Maintains existing protections that benefits are not subject to garnishment, execution, or levy except for child support arrearages as determined by court order.

Clarifies that nothing in the article constitutes an employment contract, guarantees employment, or limits an employer's right to discharge employees.
