Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 32-2127 regarding real estate licensing and broker branch offices.

Removes the phrase "and all" from subsection D, changing authorization language for a designated broker's designee from "any and all duties" to "any duties" the designated broker may legally perform.

Maintains existing requirements that designated brokers must provide written designation when unable to act within 24 hours, with designations not exceeding 30 days duration.

Preserves restriction that salespersons cannot be authorized to hire or sever licensees, regardless of temporary designation.
