Creates new protections for assistive animals by requiring landlords to grant reasonable accommodations for animals aiding persons with disabilities; prohibits fees or deposits for assistive animals but allows landlords to hold tenants liable for damage and enforce behavioral rules.

Clarifies post-eviction procedures by establishing a 21-day access period for tenants to recover personal possessions after writ execution and prohibiting landlords from entering or removing contents until they lawfully obtain title to the mobile home.
