Allows early refills of prescription eye drops for glaucoma or ocular hypertension treatment beginning January 1, 2018, if requested within specified timeframes before the supply runs out.

Permits 30-day supplies to be refilled 23-29 days after the original distribution or most recent refill date.

Permits 60-day supplies to be refilled 45-59 days after the original distribution or most recent refill date.

Permits 90-day supplies to be refilled 68-89 days after the original distribution or most recent refill date.

Applies to health insurance contracts, health care services organization coverage, disability insurance policies, and group or blanket disability insurance policies issued or renewed in Arizona.
