Mandates suppliers have sufficient inventory and staff to service or repair products and obtain accreditation from an organization recognized by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

Defines "durable medical equipment supplier" as persons or entities that bill or plan to bill Medicare in the current calendar year for DMEPOS competitive bid products or complex rehabilitation technology in Arizona.

Excludes from requirements insulin infusion pump suppliers, mail-order diabetic testing supply providers, pharmacies with accreditation exemptions, and practitioners or physicians supplying equipment to their own patients.

Exempts entities that supply devices requiring prescriptions directly to practitioners or physicians as part of their own medical services.
