Repeals Arizona Revised Statutes section 23-1302, which contains the state's constitutional right-to-work protections.

Changes the article heading of title 23, chapter 8, article 1 from "RIGHT TO WORK" to "GENERAL PROVISIONS".

Removes from section 23-1501 the protection against retaliatory discharge for exercising free choice regarding labor organization nonmembership.

Renumbers subsequent subsections in section 23-1501(A)(3)(c) to account for the removal of the labor organization provision, shifting subsections (vii) through (x) to (vi) through (ix).

Becomes effective only if Arizona voters approve a constitutional amendment at the next general election repealing article XXV of the Arizona Constitution regarding right-to-work protections.
