Amends section 15-915 of Arizona Revised Statutes to narrow the timeframe for correcting state aid and budget limit calculation errors from the previous three years to errors identified during the current year only.

Allows the superintendent of public instruction to require school districts and charter schools to correct errors in state aid calculations by increasing or decreasing state aid in the current year or budget year.

Permits correction of budget limit errors through public hearings where governing boards must reduce or increase budgets by the correction amount, with overbudgeting errors exempted from certain statutory restrictions.

Maintains existing provisions allowing the superintendent to adjust state aid when school districts request recalculation due to assessed valuation changes resulting from court judgments.

Effective date: June 30, 2019.
