Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 17-337 to permit spouses of armed forces members to purchase resident hunting and fishing licenses.

Extends resident license eligibility to spouses of active duty military members stationed in Arizona for permanent or temporary duty.

Applies to members of the armed forces of the United States on active duty and stationed in the state, as well as their spouses.

Allows spouses to purchase licenses for taking wildlife under the same resident license provisions as active duty service members.
