Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 32-144 to modify exemptions from professional registration requirements for the state board of technical registration.

Expands exemptions for nonregistrants designing additions or alterations to allow a one-time single addition not exceeding 1,500 square feet for storage purposes, exceeding the standard 3,000 square foot limitation.

Adds exemption allowing nonregistrants to design improvements within tenant spaces with nonbearing walls not exceeding 125 linear feet or 3,000 square feet total, for occupancy of 49 persons or fewer without requiring new ADA compliance facilities.

Changes reference language from "which" to "that" in describing employer relationships for nonregistrants designing buildings on employer-owned property.

Maintains existing exemptions for federal employees, small buildings under 3,000 square feet, water treatment facilities under $12,500 cost, horticultural consultations, and communications carriers.
