Amends section 28-5110 of the Arizona Revised Statutes relating to authorized third parties.

Modifies language regarding violations by persons authorized under the relevant article, changing "has violated" to apply to actions by the director.

Allows the director to bring an action in superior court in Maricopa County to restrain or enjoin persons authorized under the article from continuing violations of state law or rules adopted by the director.

Preserves all existing remedies available under the relevant article in addition to the director's ability to seek injunctive relief.
