Removes the requirement that authorized insurers have policies countersigned by a licensed insurance producer or bail bond agent, replacing it with a requirement that the policy declaration page or endorsement identify the name of the producer licensed for that line of authority in this state.

Eliminates subsection D of section 20-229 that permitted countersignatures to be made by facsimile or other reproduced signatures.

Amends section 20-286 to require licensees to notify the director of changes to their e-mail address in addition to residential or business address changes within thirty days.

Amends section 20-1693 by changing the definition of "vendor" in portable electronics insurance from "person" to "business" to clarify that vendors must be business entities.

Repeals section 20-2405, Arizona Revised Statutes.
