Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 28-1822 regarding the multistate highway transportation agreement and designated representatives.

Requires the chairperson of the senate transportation committee and the chairperson of the house of representatives transportation committee to serve as designated representatives to the cooperating committee, or they may designate other legislators or state agency officials.

Changes language in subsection B from "their absence" to "the chairperson's absence" to clarify that one alternative designated representative (who must be a legislator or state agency official) serves when the main chairperson is absent.
