Establishes a child care facilities diabetes management study committee consisting of 12 members, including legislators, health professionals, child care facility operators, a parent of a child with type one diabetes, and the Department of Health Services director.

Committee members are appointed by the Speaker of the House and President of the Senate with bipartisan representation requirements for legislative appointments.

Committee shall conduct a comprehensive study of diabetes management for children in child care facilities and submit findings and recommendations to the Governor, President of the Senate, and Speaker of the House.

Report must be submitted on or before September 22, 2016, with a copy provided to the Secretary of State.

Study committee authorization repeals automatically on December 31, 2016.
