Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 42-12006 to add a new category (paragraph 9) of class six property for property tax classification purposes.

Establishes that real and personal property used as an institution of higher education is eligible for class six property classification if it offers baccalaureate or postbaccalaureate degree programs and is accredited by a regional or national accreditation agency approved by the U.S. Department of Education.

Class six property is taxed at full cash value and receives special tax treatment compared to other property classifications.
